We are a husband and wife who are combining our industry skills to create a unique and enticing establishment that produces world class distinct beers. Our downtown taproom with a casual eclectic environment will immerse people in an atmosphere that transports them to sipping beers in a hundred year old cafe in Belgium, with the beverages to match. Using historic brew methods we will produce sour, wild and fruited beers unavailable anywhere else.
