Michael Tanner began his career in software development in 1993 after graduating from the University of Arkansas. He has since contracted and developed applications for most types of markets including medical, automotive, restaurant, and many others. He has most recently used his talents as a technology consultant to help small start up companies and non-profits make the right decisions in the IT world.

Kip Guthrie is the NWA Area Manager for Jacobs Engineering one of the largest and most diverse engineering companies in the world. Kip gradutated from the University of Arkansas' engineering program in 1994 and has been practicing engineering in Arkansas since. This practice has allowed him to develop professional relationships with many elected and appointed officials both in NW and Central Arkansas.
