Katie previously worked at athenahealth in Product Strategy and Corporate Development where she led strategic development and launch of athena's care coordination product offering. She also has held business development and project management roles at biotech firms to develop new pharmaceuticals. Katie has a BS in Plant Molecular Biology from the University of Illinois, an MS in Biotech from Northwestern University and an MBA from Wharton.

Most recently Rebecca worked at athenahealth in Product Strategy and M&A, leading the acquisition of Proxsys. Before athena, Rebecca spent 10 years building Software-as-a-Service (Saas) technology companies; in particular she owned full P&L and established overseas development and client services operations for a SaaS accounting & ERP software company. She earned a BS in Business Administration & English Literature from Northwestern University.
