David Turconi, Co-founder of Copas, Inc. was asked by Debbie and Randy Fields to help them develop their cookie company called Mrs. Field’s Cookies. Their first unit was located in Palo Alto, CA. Mr. Turconi was then approached to help the expansion plans for Chuck E. Cheese. Recently developing the business at the Guayaki Yerba Mate Café which is Guayaki’s only retail outlet. Guayaki is a major distributor of organic shade grown Yerba Mate.

Has an esteemed background in legal and finance spanning 20 years. Mrs. Turconi received a JD degree from University of Tennessee in 1998. Her primary practice areas were finance, banking, and commercial litigation. In 2000, Mrs. Turconi became the CFO and Operations Manager for Calderon Corporation.
