Mr. Amiry has 25+ years executive experience in the postsecondary education, consumer products and technology industries. He has led transformational initiatives in learning systems and accreditation plans for Altius University (President), Presidio Graduate School (President), Golden Gate University (Dean, Technology School) and Heald Colleges (COO). Mr. Amiry also held senior positions at leading cooperatives.

Ms. Croager has 12+ years advising organizations on strategic planning, capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. As a founding member and vice president of Altius Education, she raised $30MM in capital to fund growth and integrated the organization’s planning, budgeting, analytics and regulatory processes. Ms. Croager was a successful investment banker with 30+ financing and M&A transactions representing $15BN in value.
