Prem’s professional background includes over 18 years of business and product leadership experience with companies including McKesson Corp., American Express Co., and Computer Sciences Corporation. Prem earned a Masters in Health Services Administration with Honors from The George Washington University and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Emory University.

John Duisberg is a Co-Founder of Cooleaf where he leads business operations. His background includes over eight years in the healthcare IT industry building connectivity between payors, providers, and EMR systems. Prior to Cooleaf, John lead new product development and clinical program management at Availity. John holds an MBA and two undergraduate business degrees from the University of North Florida.

Sarwar leads Cooleaf’s technology development functions. Prior to joining Cooleaf, Sarwar held senior technology management positions at emerging start-ups, as well as Fortune 500 companies including IBM, McKesson and ChoicePoint. Sarwar is a graduate of Georgia Tech.
