Ross was the SVP of Sales and Business Development at Infusionsoft, where he oversaw business development, indirect and direct sales and customer success teams. Ross has also served as Channel Chief for NetSuite where he directed all aspects of the channel strategy. Prior to NetSuite, Ross held the position of National Sales Director for Sage Software's CRM division. While at Sage Software, Ross was responsible for CRM division revenue.

Sullivan was the founder of Obedient Software where led clients through product design, strategic business planning and online marketing. Sullivan was also the Product Designer/Product Manager for Infusionsoft. A long term member SalesLogix, Sullivan worked with the company through its acquisition by The Sage Group PLC. While there, Sullivan served as Account Manager, Sr. Sales Engineer, and as Sr. Product Manager.
