We have not commenced operations at this time. On September 15, 2011, our wholly owned subsidiary, Consolidated Iron, LLC leased from Diversified Mineral Resources, L.C. its interest in approximately 70 acres of land which is generally known as the Essex Mill Site and which is located approximately three miles outside of the town of Milford, Utah.

There, his experience encompassed trading, global marketing agreements and the management of company joint ventures with foreign governments, including China.
