David has served as Chief Executive/Financial Officer of four public healthcare/medical device companies, including two in which he led the initial public offering and one which he led to a NYSE listing and a $1 billion market capitalization. Since 1993, his experience resulted in the development of broad relationships with physicians and physician groups across the country. He has been a senior international partner with Ernst & Young.

Richard has management experience at companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500. He has experience in importing, exporting and manufacturing operations in South America, the Far East and Europe. Richard has been the Chief Operating Officer for a wide range of companies in the healthcare, medical device sectors during which he developed broad and deep relationships with physicians, hospitals and universities across the country.
