Kirk was most recently a technology executive providing guidance and expertise to start-up companies on a consulting basis. Prior to that, he was VP CRM at iPipeline which acquired GaleForce Solutions in 2011, a company he cofounded in 2003. From 2000 to 2002, Kirk was CTO and EVP Products at Pivotal Corporation, one of the top-10 fastest growing high-technology companies in North America at the time.

Dallas was most recently Executive Director with the Sustainable Building Advisor Institute where she managed Continuing Education Courses throughout North America. Previous positions include Business and Marketing Consultant with Jonova, ActiveState, NCompass Labs and VP Product Management at Chancery Software. Dallas has a BA (Economics) from the University of BC, and MBA from San Francisco Institute of Architecture.
