Sumit have deep entrepreneurial skill, from the beginning of his career. He uprooted two diversified business in parallel from scratch. Sumit completed his B.E.from VTU, Bangalore in 2007. Being very precise and thoughtful with his idea in mind, he soon laid the establishment of a boutique service industry, HR Consultancy. Sumit have strong HR domain knowledge and is associated with global leaders in multiple sectors.

Parul comes from a strong IT domain knowledge background. She possess 5 years of rich industry experience with EMC Corporation. She joined Conjoin Consultancy in mid 2012 as Operations Head and utilizes her IT domain expertise to groom the IT arm of Recruitment. Parul holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering from VTU Bangalore. Parul’s skills lie in the identification of emerging industries, setting up of new systems and scaling up organizations.
