We are exploring the idea of building a "Dine In" Movie theatre in Brooklyn. Its a fairly new concept which has been successful in a number of locations nation wide. The premiss of the concept is to enjoy the movie going experience with the comforts of home, while having a gourmet dining experience. The proposed location is in Coney Island brooklyn right off an exit from the Belt Parkway.
