Conchi Cosmetics (Proposed PA LLC) is a subscription-based cosmetics service that creates foundation shades to perfectly match with the user. Beauty brands have failed to have an inclusive shade range which makes it difficult for women of color to find their perfect match. In 2017, Tarte released a new foundation and only 3 out of 15 shades were geared for deep skin tones. At Conchi Cosmetics, we strive to create everyone's perfect match.

    Concepción Sosa is an innovator and creator. She has her B.A in economics with a concentration in finance from Moravian College. She decided to continue her education by going to Lehigh University for her masters of engineering in technical entrepreneurship. She has a love for entrepreneurship and along with her technical skills, she wants to launch her venture Conchi Cosmetics which creates perfect shades of foundations for everyone.
