    Wayne has more than 20 years of Software development experience gained as a technical development consultant and CRM Solutions Consultant.

    In 2010 Wayne left his corporate position at Oracle and founded AeroSDB to develop aviation safety audit software solutions.

    In 2012 Wayne established a drone training school in order to generate clients to use his drone compliance software.

    An Australian, Wayne moved permanently to Portland, OR in 2016

    Before joining Complier, Andrew was the Director of Marketing - Surveillance, Outdoor & Emerging at FLIR Systems.

    Andrew is responsible for crafting and executing brand transformation, communications, and user growth strategies across consumer, commercial and institutional customer segments.

  • Executive Chairman

    Bill supports continuous operations at Complier by engaging with the senior team on an extremely frequent basis.

    Bill served as the President of Government Systems Division at FLIR Systems, Inc. from April 2006 to January 2014 after joining in 1994 as Product Marketing Manager.

    Bill received his B.S. in Computer Science from OSU and has attended Post-Graduate programs at Wharton and is a Harvard Alumnus attending Harvard AMP 181.

    CFO

    Kobus brings an extensive background in financial management with a variety of organizations and a proven track record of leadership. In addition to his role as CFO, Kobus also oversees Drone Complier's extensive Training services business.
    Kobus held executive level roles with transport company Intercape, where he was responsible for all planning, direction and control of company financial policies and reporting, and before that Cell C.
