Ms. Iovino was CEO of HKI, Inc., a custom and proprietary chemical product manufacturer, and President of International Foam Solutions, Inc., a recycling chemical and equipment manufacturer. As a founder of these companies, Ms. Iovino has considerable experience in the operation and management of growing companies that develop, manufacture and market products. Ms Iovino holds a degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Katz has a PhD in Environmental Science, a MBM, and Bachelors in Business Administration. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Katz has held leadership and management roles in several companies and served as CEO of International Foam Solutions, Inc., a recycling chemical and equipment manufacturer. In that capacity, he developed the company’s marketing and strategic plans and oversaw the manufacturing operations. Mr. Katz holds several related patents.

Mr. Iovino holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University. He was a senior engineer at Siemens, Northern Telecom, and Ericsson. He is a dedicated achiever who has demonstrated outstanding success through analysis, planning, and executing organizational objectives. Mr. Iovino is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the American Solar Energy Society (ASES).
