David H. Charlip, is the CEO and founder of Complete Corporation, the principal of Charlip Law Group, LC, and the CEO and founder of CLNAA, Inc. d/b/a Civil Law Notary Arbitration Association. Mr. Charlip is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with over 33 years of legal experience. He has advised new business owners and existing corporate clients and formed new companies for clients throughout his career.

Mr. Mora is an entrepreneur with deep knowledge in the field. He started working from a young age in a leading company of upscale chain department stores in Venezuela, he was involved in assisting with administrative tasks such as grant writing, budget review, and chart audits. He was also responsible for evaluating the productivity of one of the company branches, and was in charge of a small team of people.
