    Andrea earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from University of Michigan. She was Pres/Owner of Executive Options, Ltd., a WBE search/consulting firm recognized by NAWBO for innovation. Andrea's 30+ years of business experience includes in-depth training, coaching, and leadership development for executives which serves useful for working with the Compatibility team, service providers, and educational and housing professionals.

    Dr. Kim Rubenstein earned a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, MA in Organizational Behavior & Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University. She has worked in organizational research, consulting, leadership development/coaching, higher education, clinical practice and is faculty at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
