He brings more than 35 years’ experience managing the structure, development, strategy, marketing and sales in, primarily technology-based, Fortune 100 companies, entrepreneurial ventures, international consortia and voluntary organizations. With the company 11 years, he is on the SBN Board.

Jennifer joined Communally in 2010 and is responsible for directing Communally's accounting activities, budgeting, and developing financial strategies. Additionally, she is responsible for the corporate governance of the company as well as administrative and HR functions. Jennifer brings a varied background that includes non-profit finance as well as labor organizing. She has a BA in Journalism and Labor Studies and an MS in Accounting.

Responsible for technological strategy and operations at Communally, Alec directs the teams that handle programming, technical infrastructure, software usability, quality assurance, and customer support functions.
Before coming to Communally, Alec spent several years working in software development, system administration, and data networking. He holds a B.A. in the History of Science from the University of Chicago.
