    As a member of CCA’s and Commonwealth Capital (CC)’s Executive Board and a senior management team, Mr. Dreher’s responsibilities include executing marketing research and strategies for the firm. He is Vice-Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee of Commonwealth Capital’s Income Fund – I.

    He also serves as Vice-President of the board of directors of WAIKIKI HEALTH a 501 (c) (3) corporation.

  • Timothy Daniel Hogan
    Chairman & CEO

    Mr. Hogan serves as Chairman & CEO of Commonwealth Capital, LLC, as well as Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee of Commonwealth Capital’s Income Fund – I. Mr. Hogan brings his investment policy formation, securities & investment banking experience, corporate organization, and marketing skills to the Firm. His responsibilities include formulating, implementing and enforcing the Company’s marketing, operational and administrative policies.
