Co-CEO of LLC, Executive Director of Children's Institute, a psychologist, and a Senior Research Associate at the University of Rochester since 1991. His primary interests include social/emotional and educational assessments and evidenced-based interventions. Hightower has been principal investigator on multimillion dollar state and federal grants. Presently, he serves on multiple local boards that focus on the success of children.

Co-CEO of LLC, the President of ST with 40+ years of experience in the design and development of complex databases, highly interactive web-based applications and experts systems in a large variety of application domains. Lossa’s education background as a mechanical engineer, an MBA and a Ph.D. in computer science allows him to combine the practical view with the business perspective when designing IT systems.

A business strategy and marketing consultant, Draper has been providing pro-bono coaching and implementation assistance to the COMET team for 4 years. With 40 years of experience managing and advising US and international new business development teams, Draper brings a strong cross functional perspective to COMET Informatics LLC.
