He holds an MSc in civil engineering from the ESTP in Paris, France and an MSc in Transport and Business Management from the Imperial College in London, UK. Benoît has worked internationally with large contracting companies and with a global management consulting firm. He can draw on an extensive network of highly qualified professionals.

Marie de Raismes graduated from HEC Paris, France with a specialization in alternative entrepreneurship. Marie has worked in the banking sector and has participated in various projects in start-ups and in the NGO sector in India, Argentina, Japan and Peru.
