Brett spent many years with a large law firm in New York on global capital markets offerings. Before that he worked in Berlin, Germany. Brett now runs Eagle Corporate Advisers based in Sydney and New York. The firm practices Australian law and US law and focuses on finance, global structuring, IP protection and other matters. Brett holds an LL.B from Sydney University and an LL.M from Humboldt University in Berlin. He speaks German and English.

Paul has 20+ years in senior executive roles including at CEO level. He has grown global businesses for large corporates as well as emerging companies. His experience spans primary industries, resources and technology, and covers production through to finance, marketing and distribution. He holds an MBA (Finance) from Melbourne Business School. He serves as a director for Backvintage Wines Australia and as interim CFO for 3 VC backed businesses.

After a successful officer's career in the British Army Geoff spent 20+ years in CEO and MD roles. He has a broad range of experience including association management, large scale labour hire, management consulting, and consumer health. He has successfully grown 3 companies from start-up; made 5 acquisitions and one sale. He is a Charted Engineer with an honors degree in engineering and post graduate qualifications in engineering and management.
