At Cold Springs Distillery LTD., we are planning to be only the third distillery in the whole state of Nevada. We do not want to compete against all of the easy to make Vodkas while developing our Bourbon and Whiskey so we will be making GRAPPA. An Italian Brandy made from the Pomace provided form wineries in the area. This will get product on the market and profitable until our other two lines are ready.
