Colabs Newton will operate a biotechnology incubator. The business will be spun out of Siamab, which already operates a small incubator and will double in size. There is a large demand for incubator space (Siamab's incubator is full and has been turning away approx 1-2 companies per month.) The Newton location offers key advantages over Cambridge: lower cost, free parking, close proximity to Kendall Sq, free gym.
