Jeffrey Dann MD,MBA received his BA from Harvard College, MD from Cornell University, MBA from Harvard Business School and trained at the Harvard Medical School. He founded NEBL Inc., a medical device R & D company that has developed and commercialized several proprietary devices in the urology/gynecology fields and holds 6 patents. He has chaired numerous national committees on technology, health policy and medical coding/ reimbursement.

Terrance Regan received his BA from Univ. of Notre Dame, MD from Georgetown Univ and trained at Georgetown Medical Center. He is a practicing urologist in Central Florida and serves on various state medical organizations. He is the co-architect of the Programs proprietary algorithms.

Michael Branton PhD received his BS from Florida Tech and his MS and PhD from Univ. of North Carolina. He founded the Computer Science Dep't at Stetson Univ. and serves as Chair of the Deptment of Mathematics and Computer Sciences. He is an expert in the field of dynamic web systems application development and built the Cognitive Referrals Program.
