Mr. Buckareff has been involved with the HIT industry for over 20 years. He has led HIT firms with successful exits. He is heavily involved in healthcare organizations such as HIMSS, AHIMA and HFMA, and frequently participates in forums and conferences with regards to reducing data replication in healthcare and streamlining data collection from physicians. He has served as the Chairman of the HIMSS Legislation & Regulation Review Task Force.

Mr. Despres has worked in HIT for over 15 years and in software development for over 25 years. He played lead roles in the software development life cycle, product management, software sales and implementation consulting services with Dun & Bradstreet, IBM, Lawson Software as well as countless customer accounts of those companies, Paul is well positioned to lead CHP’s Product Management strategy and Product Development plan.

Mr. Theune most recently served as the CEO and President for Dunbarton Corporation in Dothan, Alabama before retiring in 2004. Mr. Theune has extensive experience in Executive Management, Strategic Planning and Sales & Marketing Management. He has served as the Chairman of the Dothan (AL) Area Chamber of Commerce and is a Board member of the Alabama Technology Network.
