Cogent-Cert brings A la carte  certification to the masses utilizing proprietary testing mechanisms, open-source course-ware, and a vendor-neutral bias.

Cogent-Cert begins by breaking sophisticated certification into manageable blocks for learning and testing.  The initial certification is for Basic status. Students continue with individual tests, 1 per domain of knowledge. They finalize into an Expert level status of certification.
