Company Summary

Our cognitive games and underlying technology can be used by clinicians, consumers, researchers, and developers. The evolution of game technology with intersections of analytics and game design provides new solutions to health problems. By designing entertaining games for platforms with multiple sensors, while intersecting with neurocognitive functions and computer science, we provide a novel solution to explain and improve behavior.

    Founder/CEO

    Started his first company, which provided web analytics, while in high school. M.B.A. and M.S. in Information Systems from Iowa State University and M.S. in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas. After five years at Oracle, he spent time developing retail optimization software, before moving on to management consulting.

  • Monika Heller, MD
    Chief Medical Officer

    Graduate from Carleton College and is Adjunct Professor at the University of Minnesota. She is a practicing Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota. She has practiced in a variety of settings including schools, community outreach programs, and medical/physical rehabilitation units. Dr. Heller believes in a multidisciplinary treatment approach to mental health.

  • Jaideep Srivastava, PhD
    Chief Scientist

    Graduate from the University of California, Berkeley. Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of Minnesota, where he directs a laboratory focusing on research in Web Mining, Social Media Analytics, and Health Analytics. He has authored over 300 papers, and supervised several PhD dissertations and MS theses. He is currently co-leading a multi-institutional, multi-disciplinary project in the emerging area of social computing.

    Serial entrepreneur who has founded five software companies over the last 25 years. Currently, CEO of Sa Colobra, a company specializing in data-driven healthcare. He received a B.A. in Mathematics and an M.B.A. both from the University of Minnesota.

  • Jonathan Jensen, MD
    Advisor

    Dr. Jensen is the Director of the Residency Training and Education Program in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Minnesota. He received his Medical Doctorate from the University of Minnesota in 1972 and is a 1979 graduate of Case Western Reserve University Hospitals General and Child Psychiatry Residency Program.

  • Sigi Hale, PhD
    Advisor

    Graduate and Professor of Neuroscience at UCLA. Sigi’s interest in both art and science compelled him as a neuroscientist to explore how the brain transitions between states that are amenable to analytic-procedural versus integrative-creative types of operations. His work suggests ADHD cannot be traceable to a single cause, but rather multiple factors that diminish the functioning and/or utilization of a task-oriented brain network.
