  • Co-founder and COO

    Eric Hill is Co-founder and COO of Coflyt™, building the first version during moonlight work hours. Eric launched and sold a web development firm at age 16, and built multiple full-stack applications for clients. He currently directs the Mississippi State University Center for Entrepreneurship and has helped teams raise more than $1M in angel capital each year. Eric is a private pilot and co-owns a Piper Cherokee.

  • Tal Clark
    Co-founder and CEO

    Tal Clark is Co-founder & CEO at Coflyt™. Prior to this role, Tal was part of the founding group of Money Network, where he grew the business to nearly $100M in revenue before it sold to First Data in 2008. He continued to serve in global sales and leadership roles, growing sales in excess of $200M. After graduating from MSU, Tal became a pilot in the USMC and has amassed over 2200 hours of flight time in GA aircraft. He owns a Beechcraft Baron.

  • Stephen Rainey
    Co-founder and CTO

    Stephen Rainey is Co-founder & CTO at Coflyt™, with 20 years experience managing software engineering projects and 10 years experience building, mentoring and scaling remote-first, widely-distributed and happy engineering teams. Stephen was a founder at PulseApp.com, a personal financial management SaaS startup that was later acquired. He also served as Vice President at KISSMetrics and usefyi.com.

  • Richard Kane
    Board Member

    Richard Kane founded Inc. 500 company Coastal Technologies Group (CTGi) in 1996. He holds patents on high-speed parallel processing, artificial intelligence, self-learning code, and air taxi dispatch models. A commercial pilot, Richard holds seven world speed records and one transatlantic single-engine crossing. He is a lifetime member of EAA and AOPA, actively involved in the X-PRIZE Foundation, and sponsored a 2007 Lindbergh Foundation Grant.
