We believe that in the current Third Wave environment -- with costly specialty coffee shops sprouting up in urban centers across the country -- budget-conscious customers are being ignored. We intend to fill this huge gap by providing wide selection and high-quality product. By being exclusively to-go, our cafe's low fixed costs allow us to be a low-cost provider.
