Mr. Kagan leads the development process for the Company’s devices, from prototyping and testing to manufacturing transfer and commercialization. Mr. Kagan brings 28 years of successful experience in the diagnostics industry, having worked at Immunicon, Chiron, and Ciba Corning, where he led engineering and manufacturing initiatives that resulted in FDA clearances for six in-vitro medical devices, and the associated test kits.

Dr. Golden, Chief Medical Officer at Gemphire Therapeutics (Nasdaq:GEMP), has held senior leadership positions at Mesoblast, Novartis, Eisai Medical Research and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He is a graduate of New York University School of Medicine and is trained as an Interventional Cardiologist.
