    Born in Ohio and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Economics from Indiana University. Phil pursued a law degree from the University of Akrin in Ohio, and graduated with a J.D. in 1995. As CEO, Phil is responsible for providing strategic leadership to establish, implement, and over-see the long range goals, strategies, plans, and policies of the company. He is also very involved with customer feedback and analysis.

  • Tonny Storey
    COO

    Born in Chicago and raised in Indiana, COO Tonny Storey has extensive operational experience supported by Bachelor Degrees in Economics, Political Science, and Education. In addition, he also received a law degree from Indiana University in 2001. As our COO, Tonny supports the work of Phil Sever, CMB Solutions’ CEO, by focusing on the establishment and optimization of day-to-day operations within the company including finance and strategy.

    CTO

    Edward is a senior software executive with a strong technology background. He brings an entrepreneurial attitude, has the ability to drive products based upon business and financial requirements, and has a proven ability to manage both international (remote) and local teams make him a valuable asset. Edward has been able to successfully guide companies as they grow from small start-up environments to large publicly-traded entities.

  • Jim Howle
    National Sales Manager

    Jim graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.A. / Marketing. Jim has 15 years’ experience in the DME / HME industry in sales, sales management and marketing. He has worked closely with industry manufacturers, distributors and DME’s. As the National Sales Manager for CMB Solutions, he has developed a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and customer retention.
