From 2009 to 2012 Beat was working with mobile applications at MTI Ltd., Japan. His positions at MTI evolved from Chief Technical Architect to Senior Manager to CEO of MTI's subsidiary in London UK. Prior to joining MTI, he studied artificial neural networks at the RIKEN Brain Science Institute (3 years). Beat is co-owner at Atracsys LLC (founded 2003). He received his master's degree in Microengineering from the EPFL in 2003.

Lars is currently employed as a Business controller at Scandza AS. His previous position was Manager of Transaction Support at RSM Hasner AS. Lars is a State authorized public accountant (equivalent to Certified Public Accountant in the US) with a Master of Audit and Accounting (from 2008) and a Master of Business and Economics with a major in finance (from 2003). Both at the Norwegian School of Management BI.
