Past 8 years, a published writer for the Epoch Times and Huffington Post, writing on autism, BP Oil Spill, environment, business, and technology. Mr. Grundvig is chairman of the board of directors.

Jack Cheng is a Stanford University PhD, where he invented "Supply Chain (SC) Collaborator" which is a "glue" IT framework system to drive efficiency and overcome issues with interoperability in AEC sector. Dr. Cheng has co-authored over 3 dozen whitepapers on Construction IT issues and technology. He is currently writing the code for the SaaS prototype. Dr. Cheng is an observer to the board.

Ms. Campos is currently work on a project basis at www.guardiananalytics.com, and will be the next hire. She will oversee the SaaS Development Team. Ms. Campos is a member of the board of directors.
