We have developed a highly differentiated and patented technology for closure of the femoral artery after an interventional cardiology or peripheral vascular procedure. The CloSys Hemostatic Device is currently in a US clinical trial and to date key endpoints for time to hemostasis (bleeding stops) and time to ambulation (patient can walk), and safety have been met. This technology will be a good fit for the portfolio of a strategic acquirer.
