Dr Hakim Yadi OBE (Co-Founder) founding CEO of a leading health innovation partnership in the UK and has established numerous deals with digital health companies in the NHS. He is at the forefront of establishing multi-partner collaborations between healthcare systems and leading industry from medtech to pharma, biotech and digital health companies. Hakim holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge.

Dr Paul Goldsmith (Co-Founder) founder of DanioLabs and Vastrata (drug companies) and part of the team that set up the leading digital health company, Ieso Digital Health Ltd. He also co-founded Rubrum Ltd in 2012 to provide semi-automated healthcare provision in insomnia, pain and COPD to the NHS.

Dr David Cox (Co-Founder), a commercial medic who has built a career operating on the boundaries between healthcare, technology and business. He joined McKinsey & Co and then after strategic and operational management roles back in the NHS, he focused on the growing promise of digital health, starting his own health app company, before moving on to help grow other startups in senior management positions, including as CMO of HeadSpace.

Dr Andy Richards CBE (Chairman), established track record in founding and scaling up innovative Biotech and Healthtech companies in the UK, a founder member of the Cambridge Angels. Since 1999 he has founded, invested in and helped to scale more than 25 innovative ventures. Dr Richards is a graduate of the University of Cambridge with a PhD in Chemistry.

Dr Felicity Sartain has experience of managing and running projects in the private and public sectors, and has hands-on experience in commercial R&D. Felicity holds a PhD in biotechnology from the University of Cambridge and an MChem in Chemistry with Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals from the University of York.

Chris Poole, is a qualified Chartered Accountant, has over 20 years’ experience in key finance roles within small start-ups through to a FTSE 250 listed company.

Dr David O’Regan PhD MRCPsych is a Consultant in Psychiatry and Sleep Medicine at the Insomnia Clinic (University College London Hospitals) and at the Sleep Disorder Centre (Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital). He is an expert panel advisor on the UK Practice Guidelines for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia.

Mike Catt is a world leader in diagnostics, device and data processing technology. As Head of Unilever’s Corporate Research Programme he led the Clear Blue home pregnancy test development. He developed some of the world’s first activity tracking devices in the 1990s. He has either founded or significantly contributed to the development of Unipath Diagnostics, Alere, Concepta and Changing Health.
