    Chris is a serial entrepreneur and accomplished Fortune 500 executive. He brings experience as CEO of several venture-funded start-ups, including, Red Brick Systems, where he led the company to $40M in revenue and a successful IPO. Chris holds an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a BA in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

    Co-founder & V.P. of Business Development

    Andrew Deitz, Vice President of Business Development, has 15 years of experience in working with CEOs and executives of fast-growing portfolio companies funded by influential venture capital firms. Andrew was instrumental in launching human capital services for a newly-created private equity fund, and he led business development efforts for the start-up phase of a diversified recruiting company.

    Yvonne Burgess, Vice President of Client Services & Chief Systems Architect, oversees strategic planning and implementation of Climate Earth’s software systems. She has 25 years of experience in information systems, project management and organization development. Yvonne’s background includes management of all phases of information systems in large industrial, government and non-profit organizations, and utility and high-tech sectors.

    Director of Research

    Rick Betita, Director of Research, Rick was the principal analyst for the development of the world’s first Natural Capital Management System for Webcor Builders. He spent two years as a research associate at the Center for Life Cycle Analysis at Columbia University where he specialized in the hybrid life cycle assessment of solar energy systems. Rick holds a BS in Earth and Environmental Engineering from Columbia University.

    V.P. of Environmental Economics

    Dr Barrett has been associated with Climate Earth as an adviser since 2008. Dr. Barrett joined the staff of Climate Earth in 2013 to head research and development for the company’s natural capital accounting program. He has 13 years of experience working in the nexus of climate change, energy efficiency and economics and has written extensively on the role of efficiency in achieving environmental and economic goals.
