As CEO, guided 2 companies onto the Inc. 500 list, and received Harvard’s Michael Porter’s Inc. Inner City 100 award 7 times. Only person in NE Ohio to receive Whetherhead 100 award 15 times. 40 years experience in management, marketing & sales, and engineering, managing medical device companies for last 22 yrs. Company received Edison Award, Stevie, and two Tibbetts Awards

Hani Kayyali – President (BS, MS, MBA).
Over 20 years medical device experience (10 with CleveMed). Developed the SleepView (R) product and service. Responsible for directing CleveMed into a leading market position in sleep disorders by focusing on core competencies, corporate restructuring, and establishing strategic partnerships. Led the effort with Midmark’s non-dilutive Investment.

Brian Kolkowski – Exec VP, General Counsel (BS, MS, PhD, JD).
Brian has been involved in financing and M&A activities of both large & small high technology companies throughout most of his 27 year career.
He was Group Counsel and Asst. Secretary of BF Goodrich Corp., Assoc. General Counsel for ICI Glidden, Patent Counsel for Avery Dennison, and an Associate for Spencer, Frank (now Venable LLP) in Washington, DC.

Matt Mahoney – Director of Finance (BA, CPA)
Over 29 years of experience (4 at CleveMed) in accounting, finance, tax and information services in high technology and manufacturing companies.
Previously held positions of controller, accounting manager, engineering business manager, and division control manager for several other companies, as well as four years as an auditor for Arthur Young & Co.
