We find sites for solar farms using proprietary geographic information systems algorithms. We have received grants from New York State and the U.S. Department of Energ. We take a "finders fee" for finding the sites and place the land in a real estate fund, generating recurring revenue for us. After 8 months, we have a revenue pipeline of $4M. We’re raising a $1MM at a $3.5M valuation, and a forecast of $77M in revenue within five years.
