He has a track record of success of business development within blue chip companies. He has carried out consultancy assignments on new technology innovation within Pearson PLC for the Financial Times, and also business improvement processes for the NHS.

Andy is the Technical Director at Clear World Energy, and was previously Director of Energy Projects at Johnson Controls, the global diversified technology group with activities in energy and buildings efficiency. He is a director of Ecoup, an energy efficiency consultancy, and an advisor to a number of energy related businesses.

Shaie is a director of AdvisoryLondon a corporate advisory company which offers strategic services to companies. He is also an advisor to SinoFortone, a major Chinese real-estate and development company and until 2015 was a partner of K2S Advisors. He has over 30 years of success across several industries.

Diana is the Managing Director of Vertemis Limited, and a non-executive director of Energy Saving Finance Limited, a specialist energy saving technologies funding organisation. She is a chartered environmentalist who qualified as one of only one hundred Chartered Environmentalists through the Energy Institute. Diana has held senior roles at Lend Lease, Amec, and May Gurney (now Kier).

Ian is Managing Director of Certius Professional Services Limited. Ian has over 30 years’ experience in the provision of strategic tax and business advice to both listed and owner managed businesses. Formerly an International Tax Partner with KPMG and Partner in Grant Thornton UK LLP, he was also global head of tax for Amersham International plc and European Tax Director for PepsiCo International/Yum Brands International.
