Andrew Cox is a qualified engineer. He has designed award winning clean-tech products from wind turbines to solar products. He has experience in product development including specification, design, patents, prototyping, project management, procurement, manufacturing and quality assurance. Andrew has previously worked in numerous environmental technology start-ups and he has unique experience of designing and launching products in this sector.

David is an aquatic ecologist and has been working in water sciences for over fifteen years. David has spent over ten years experimenting with biological filter design across a wide range of applications. His experience includes working in public aquariums around the world, including several years as a head aquarist at the London Aquarium.
