I am in the initial stages of a JV with a major US mine owner that has developed a new technology to process raw ore that separates base metals from precious metals with a gold, silver & PMG mining operation in Mexico. Mine in Mexico is fully compliant and ready to go into production. If we reach a JV agreement the US mine owner will fund the rest, we are just looking for working capital backed by shares in my company.
