CleanCapital is a clean energy asset marketplace. Through CleanCapital, equity and debt investors can easily browse, and invest in, clean energy assets, and resell the underlying securities. CleanCapital will provide a platform to raise equity and debt capital, and trade clean energy assets. CleanCapital will be entitled to a management fee, spread on debt raised, and capital raising fees.
