Clay served in the Marines during Desert Storm and is a member VFW. He holds an A.D. degree in CAD, and attended SD School of Mines. He is knowledgeable in technology and business and brings creativity and out of the box thinking to the team.

Graduate of Nebraska Weslyan University, majoring in Accounting. She owned a women's clothing boutique for 16 years. She and Clay currently own a boutique in Hill City SD. Her business background and big picture thinking is a key part of running her store and also in this project. She also likes to think creatively and brings her background in business to the team to keep the project moving.

General Manager of New York Life Insurance Company. He gradutaed from Yankton College, with a very succcessful carreer with New York Life Insurance Comany. He is a prudent businessman. He and his wife Gretchen built and operated three hotels. He brings to the team a successful background in business, and has culitvated many great business relationships along the way. His contributions and guidance have been instrumental in the project..

Gretchen Strombeck brings to the team the same type of credentials that Perry does. She graduated from Yankton College. She is a wise business woman, her involvement in the hotels as well as working with Perry throughout his career at New York Life has given her many skills pertinent to the success of this project. She is also involved in politics and her community, which plays a large part in the networking necessary to keep the project moving.
