GOAL-Our Goal is to provide a multitude of services for Both Duel Diagnosed Individuals and Drug and Alcohol rehabilitation services that use a well-designed continuum of care approach to treating adults with alcohol and drug dependency and related issues while addressing their family unit as a whole. We believe this will not only help the individual seeking treatment, but will also improve the overall quality of life for their families and everyone involved.

Our office is located in a medical hub for the Silicon Valley. The 3,600 square foot medical office space was previously occupied by Stanford Medical Group. and was approved as a medical office with 7 exam rooms, 4 executive offices, and a large group/administrative area. Downstairs our third party medical corporation and Medical Director have a complete Emergency Medical Clinic. Lastly, we are located within minutes of a large hospital which provides our clients peace of mind that they will be in good hands and have every resource possible at their disposal.

PROPOSED SERVICES INCLUDE

1, Multidisciplinary assessment to determine the need for treatment.

2, Medical detoxification and medical stabilization and monitored 24 hours a day as needed. This service will be provided by a third party Medical Corporation.

3. Residential Inpatient Program which provides a safe, protected, supervised environment for withdrawal caused by the physical and behavioral complications associated with addiction.

4. Family Unit Program which will be a vital part of treatment. Family members join the patient and learn about addiction and the family’s role in the recovery process.

5. Intensive Outpatient Services which will be directed by highly qualified and Licensed Therapist.'

6. Partial Hospitalization is provided as the risk of withdrawal subsides, physical complications improve, and the emotional crisis diminishes.

7, Intensive Outpatient Treatment provides continued therapy and relapse-prevention education. Patients reside at home and often return to work during this phase of treatment.

8. Continuing Care provides long-term stability through regular monitoring and connection to the treatment process.

9 Adventure-Based Programs teach patients to challenge their own self-imposed limits. They help build self-confidence, trust, teamwork, and respect for others we will encourage the Families to participate in the changes thus the overall family unit dynamics.
