Peris Morrison is a graduate of Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University where she received a bachelor of science in Business administration and an MBA from Western Governors University . Before relocating to Orlando Florida, Peris owned and operated a staffing company Franchise (Atwork personnel services) in Columbus Ohio where she honed her sales and management skills.

Diego is an MIT graduate having completed a Program in Innovation and Global Leadership. He also holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid Spain. Previously, Diego has worked for the cool Oakley brand managing big teams at European level in finance and sales/service. Also, worked for the formidable K+N logistic company at HQ level in finance. His Areas of strength is Finance, Negotiations, Marketing, & Operations.

Marc has a background in corporate and strategic communications; press relations; marketing and branding; social media, community relations and publication advertising. Marc has worked for IFF CDFI, S&A Financial, Weber Shandwick at General Motors. He oversaw IFF's corporate communications, public policy, developed new communications strategies and secured prominent media coverage. He has a Masters degree from University of Texas.
