Founder of the Yellow Submarine Pizza and Sandwich shops in 1994. At his high point CJ had 5 restaurants running in Shanghai. CJ has been involved with sports in China for many years. He helped found the softball league and acted as its commisioner until just recently. He is still active as a player. Jim is well known around town and can use this notoriety to attract customers and retain them. He is origionally from Chicago.

Origionally came to China in the early 90's. as an Ericsson employee. He worked with Ericsson until 2001 when the tech industry worldwide took a dive. He became involved with Trading and Manufacturing in China and participated in founding two trading companies. His father owned a bar and he worked his way through University managing bars or bar/restaurants. His contribution wil be financial, accounting, business development and promotion.
