Shawntera has over 15 years experience in community development and healthcare policy. She has worked as a legislative assistant, a city planner, a professional lobbyist, deputy chief of staff to the governor of MN, and is the current Commissioner of the MN DEED.

Ken serves as the architectural lead for frontend and UX development for Eagle and Flight. He also oversees the back end development and our web development services.
