A former Student Body President at NC State University, Jay is at home leading teams and engaging broader audiences. Prior to Cityzen, Jay spent 7 years as an engineering & planning consultant and 4 years in commercial real estate brokerage & development. His entrepreneurial experience began as a teenager, building websites for political candidates. Later he co-founded Walk to State, a property management firm near his alma mater, NC State.

Graham Stone brings Cityzen more than 9 years of experience in planning and civil engineering business development. His background, combined with hands-on experience in the public engagement process, affords a wealth of understanding of the needs of design firms and municipalities. Over Graham’s career he has both founded his own company and managed business development efforts for a $10 million engineering and planning firm.

Mike Bloise is a full stack software architect with many years of experience in product development. A graduate of Florida State University, Mike co-founded a technology startup in 1999 and built a range of interconnected products that are now in use across the US, Europe, and Asia. At Cityzen Mike is dedicated to expanding the company’s technology and leading the way on developing Cityzen’s platform, tools, and interfaces.
