Company Summary

Founded in 1999, Cityvarasto has grown into the leader of the self storage sector in Finland with 23 storage facilities (50 000 sq m). We operate nationwide in 12 major cities and employ almost 40 people. In 2014 our revenue was 4 mil € and EBITDA over 1.2 mil € or 31%.

We grow mainly by buying real estate properties, converting them into modern self storage hotels. When the occupancy of a facility reaches 80%, the EBITDA is about 50%.

    Ville leads Cityvarasto with a strong vision. Ville has grown the company by real estate and business acquisitions, and by managing financial resources. All these have resulted in a growing revenue and EBITDA annually for the last 15 years. Ville has 20 years' experience as an entrepreneur.
